    If you are planning a trip to BC it is worth building this into your destination musts. If traveling with your dog, bring them with! People were so kind to Odin and he enjoyed being a part of the plan. However, remember some people are not dog-friendly fanatics so be kind and sensitive. If you love flowers, unique vegetation and maintained gardens a visit here is a must. Photography mandatory. Bring a lunch and eat by the car if you can. The food is good on the premises but probably too pricey for a family of four or more.

    Good food, prices and fairly good service. I say fairly because we had to flag down the wait staff if we wanted something (twice) and it was empty. So that could have been better.

  • Review of "Victoria Butterfly Gardens" at Brentwood Bay

    This "zoo" is amazing. We had a blast even before we entered the main attraction. They have a truly amazing insect display with some very strange bugs such as a bird eating tarantula. When we left the insects and visited the butterfly garden itself, I was amazed by the in-depth displays and the sheer volume of butterflies, bugs, animals, and fish they had in the surprisingly large atrium. Admission was surprisingly cheap and you can stay in the gardens for as long as you like! Super happy with this place, glad we made the trip out to see it.
